Large straw "threshing" hat worn by Charley Jerabek, 1940-1970. Leather headband section in front only. Size Large. Charley Jerabek was born March 3, 1896 in Hutchinson Township, the son of V. J. & Emma Klima Jerabek. He followed the occupation of farming his entire life. He was married to Elsie Bell in 1909. Their children were Jerry Jerabek, Mrs. Oliver Brecht (Ellen) and Mrs. Clarence Rauch (Stella Jane).
