Wood framed, glass covered shadow box containing a silver crucifix imprinted "INRI" surrounded with waxed flowers. The memorial box was for Anton R. Wawrzyniak, son of Peter and Mary Grzeskowiak Wawrzyniak and oldest brother of donor Alice Nowak. He died November 3, 1923 at age 27 days. His grandmother Barbara Wawrzyniak died nine days later on November 12, 1923 at age 59 years. Her memorial shadowbox is 2012-0203-002.
