   Sepia toned photographic postcard "Green River School Wagon, Auburn, WA" showing school children on a horse drawn wagon in front of a school. Addressed to Mrs. P. L. Peters, Brownton, MN. Message to Grossmütter written in German from Freda Thomsen. Dated December 13, 1908. Green one cent Franklin stamp. Mrs. P. L. Peters was a housekeeper for Peter Ewald, Brownton, MN. The card was saved by Ella Ewald Peik.

   Scanned black & white photograph of Arthur Prochnow's Hutchinson school bus. Undated. Arthur Prochnow, Hutchinson, MN was a Star Route carrier and drove the U.S. Mail between Hutchinson and Glencoe, MN Post Offices for 22 years. Arthur owned one of the first school buses in District #423, Hutchinson and drove school bus for about 15 years. He also was a carpenter and drove a delivery truck for cattle, hay, wood and furniture.
