Description |
7.50 inch Alexander-kins doll. Made of hard plastic jointed body, sleep eyes with a double set of eyelashes, brown wig hair that is stitched on the top and glued to the head, closed mouth with red lips. Wearing a blue tutu ballerina dress with one piece blue satin bodice. The tutu is made of blue tulle attached at the waist with a satin ribbon on the back for the tie. A pink flower is glued to the bodice, the straps are attached to the bodice with rhinestones. The head band is made of pink satin with pink flowers and green leaves attached and a gold elastic band to go under the chin. There is an ALEX marking on her upper back for identification. The Alexander Doll Company was founded in 1923, in New York, NY USA. This doll appears to be from the 1953-1965 vintage. |
