Description |
Hutchinson High School Drum Major white wool uniform jacket with tails and trousers. Worn by drum major Donald Riesberg in 1938. He was a member of the Hutchinson High School Band. Jacket is white wool with narrow gold braid and gold ball buttons on mandarin collar, on epaulets and horizontally across front. It has same narrow gold braid and gold ball buttons on the tails and above wide black braid around the cuffs. There are black belt loops at the waist and a black shoulder cord on left shoulder epaulet. Snap front closure. Trousers of white wool have wide black braid stripes with narrow gold braid along edges down sides of the legs. Waist has front hook eyes for fastening to jacket front. Two front pockets and two back pockets. Button fly. |
