Color tinted reproduction photograph of Henry Klima playing his accordion. He is standing by his orchestra trunk that was painted by Les Kouba. Words on the front of the trunk are "Henry Klima Orchestra, Silver Lake, Minn. Route 1, Old and New Time Music". The trunk is attached to the rear of a 1929 Chrysler. A saxophone and a red megaphone are on top of the trunk. A guitar, banjo, and snare drums are in front of Henry and his orchestra name is on the bass drum. License plate on the car is B285-587. The photo was taken in 1933. The museum has the metal trunk painted by Les Kouba 1989-0085-001. |
