Written below the photo:" Compliments of Temple Lodge No. 59 A. F. & A. M., Hutchinson, Minn." Undated. Mounted on gray photo board. (Harrington-Merrill Collection) Duplicate to 2005-0275-149. Martha Merrill's name is written in pencil on back. Familiar buildings include Citizens Bank, Kouwe & Tmey Gents Furnishings, Merchants Hotel, Bolduc's Corner, Bretzke building. A furniture store is on the left. The round first Band Stand is in the Central Park. Later the library was built in the square. A man is scooping namure near the corner of 1st and Main. |
