Sepia toned photographic composition showing two unidentified men on a bridge below warning signs for riding & driving slowly on the bridge and crossing with no more than 25 head of cattle at one time. Words of farewell and a photo of Jacob Frankenfield are superimposed on the bridge photo. The farewell was inscribed on the eve of Jacob Frankenfield's departure from his old home to the new one on the far-away Pacific at Henderson, Minn. November 21st, 1883. Note on reverse: "Composed and read by Frank Douglas on the eve of the departure of Jacob Frankenfield, Henderson, Minnesota". |
