Black & white studio wedding photograph of Wm. Keehn and Bertha Young, married November 16, 1915. Credited to Hassan, Glencoe, MN. Mounted on light colored photo board. The bride is seated in an ornate chair and is wearing a white high neck dress with center upper panel. Embroidery and button detail on top and sleeves matches that found on the skirt center. She has a floral crown and white veil and she is holding flowers in both hands. The groom is seated on the arm of the chair and is dressed in a dark suit with white shirt and white bow tie. He has a boutonniere and highly polished shoes. On his 1917 WWI registration card Wm. N. Keehn is listed as teacher at School District #17, Biscay, MN and married with one child. In 1920 census he was a public school teacher, married with two sons. |
