Black and white photograph of a Hutchinson, MN street view, c. 1950's. The view is looking from the west toward the intersection of Main Street and Washington Ave. (possibly viewed from an upper story of the Jorgenson Hotel). The building at left on the west side of Main St. is an unknown business; across Main St. on the east side is Bolduc's Bar on the corner (H. E. Bolduc printed above awning), and H. A. Dobratz Sons Furniture & Undertaking (H. A. Dobratz Sons printed on the awning edge) to the left of the bar. A sign advertising Hamm's beer is above the door of Bolduc's; a sign advertising Square Clothing Co. is on the Washington Ave. side of Bolduc's building. The State Theatre's marquee is visible at far right. Automobiles are parked along Main St. & Washington Ave. "02" stamped on back. |
