Bible marker from 1865. Donated by Mrs. Harry White. "Come ye to the waters" was handworked on perforated paper and stitched to the center of a length of rose-pink floral silk. Perforated paper was called Bristol Board and was punched cardboard with even rows. It was heavily stitched in the 1820 to 1900 range peaking in the 1870s. Box - Wooden box
Wooden shipping box & cover that originally contained six dozen Parisian Bouquet Toilet Soap from the Minnesota Soap Company. The box from the attic and second floor contained papers and photographs belonging to the Whites. Many documents had no names. All papers and photos were missing from the box at the date it was accessioned.
