   Flag for Explorer Post 246, Kiwanis Club, Hutchinson, Minnesota. Red & blue all wool flag with white lettering and green/yellow/white center anchor emblem. Flag is attached with grommets to top half of two piece wooden flagpole with gold colored finial and two gold ropes with tassels. Stored in brown oilcloth bag. Donor Arthur James Benjamin was Scoutmaster of Troop 246.

Allen is a Vigil member (the highest level) and Dan is a Brotherhood member. Allen also appears to have an Eagle Scout medal on his left pocket and Dan has a religious award medal.
