Photocopy of a December 30, 1943, newspaper clipping of a poem written by Mary Bonniwell "To Our Boys in the Service" that appeared in Mary Brummond's column "Sidelights on the Passing Parade". It was estimated that over sixty Hutchinson soldiers would die in the invasion of Europe. Dr. Arthur Benjamin urged that funds be collected for a Hutchinson war memorial.
